Second Term Payment Notice Tuesday November 7th, 2017
Reminder that the second term installment of the year’s registration fees will be charged to your credit card on Tuesday, November 7th, 2017
Please note that all accounts incurring DECLINED payments will be charged an additional $50.00 administration fee.
Receipts will be available upon request at the office. Please see any office staff for assistance.
If you have pre-arranged to replace your credit card payment with Debit, this must be done before Thursday, November 2nd, 2017.
REMINDER: We DO NOT accept CASH or CHEQUE payments. Please also note that payments with ‘Visa Debit’ cards can only be taken in person.
If you wish to withdraw from the second term, you MUST see the office on or before Thursday November 2nd, 2017 and fill out a Withdrawal Form. Completion of this form will enable the office to return your post-dated payments. Once your payment has been processed, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
